Transaction receipts or confirmations; and Any other information pertaining to our relationship with you or the services you purchased. We will provide these Communications to you by posting them on the MWS website and/or by emailing them to you at the primary email address listed in your Agreement.

Hardware and Software Requirement

In order to access and retain electronic Communications, you will need the following computer hardware and software:

A Computer with an Internet connection;

A current web browser that includes 128-bit encryption (e.g. Internet Explorer version 6.0 and above, Firefox version 2.0 and above, Chrome version 3.0 and above, or Safari 3.0 and above) with cookies enabled; Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8.0 and above to open documents in .pdf format; A valid email address (your primary email address on file with MWS); and Sufficient storage space to save past Communications or an installed printer to print them. We will notify you if there are any material changes to the hardware or software needed to receive electronic Communications as they pertain to your profile with MWS. By giving your consent, you are confirming that you have access to the necessary equipment and are able to receive, open, and print or download a copy of any Communications for your records. You may print or save a copy of these Communications for your records as they may not be accessible online at a later date.

Withdraw your consent.

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically by writing to us at info@learnpriceactiontrading.com If you fail to provide or if you withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, MWZ reserves the right to either deny your Agreement, restrict or deactivate your access, or charge you additional fees for paper copies.

Updating your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address up to date so that MWS can communicate with you electronically. You understand and agree that if MWS sends you an electronic Communication but you do not receive it because your primary email address on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, MWS will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you. Please note that if you use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add MWS to your email address book so that you will be able to receive the Communications we send to you. You can update your primary email address or street address at any time by contacting MWS. If your email address becomes invalid such that electronic Communications sent to you by MWS are returned, MWS may deem you to be inactive, and you will not be able to access any information until we receive a valid, working primary email address from you.

Abuse

Keep the site clean and educational so everyone can benefit from a constructive learning environment. Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated on this Site. Termination

This user agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or the Company. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the Website. The company may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without any notice, and accordingly deny you access to this website.

Copyright and Non-Disclosure

I therefore, in consideration of my involvement with MWS wish to enter into this mutual agreement with MWS and covenant to honour, adhere to, obey, and abide by all stipulations, agreements, and covenants contained herein. The only exception is a spouse and/or child over the age of 16 currently residing with me. A spouse or child not living with me or children not living at my residence must have their own paid accounts to take advantage of the membership. I agree not to copy, share, or otherwise disseminate to any person, corporation, partnership, or other entity, any copyrighted material(s) of MWS without the written authorization and consent of MarketWiz Solutions Pvt. Ltd. I agree to adhere to all forum rules and restrictions. Failure to do so may result in permanent termination of my account without remedy or refund. I acknowledge that the restrictive covenants contained herein are a reasonable and necessary protection of the legitimate business interest of MWS, and that my violation of them could cause substantial injury to MWS. I agree to indemnify and hold MWS its affiliates, employees, agents, forum’s members, successors and assigns harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred by MWS arising out of my failure to fully and timely perform agreements herein. I also agree to pay promptly to MWS forum all damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, incurred by MWS in the enforcement of any of the provisions of this Agreement and any other agreements between me and MWS. The term of this Agreement shall be ongoing commencing from the date of subscription and would only expire upon the expiration of any copyrighted material on the forum’s web site.
